Well day 1 went well. Made good choices with food - could have gotten more veggies in and did go over on one yellow container (as I had sweet potatoe fries with both lunch and dinner.
I did get my lunch run in (hot one!) and did total body cardio fix after kids went to bed. I am sore today!
Today is a easy run at lunch and upper fix (after kids go to bed...I really need to start getting up early!)
Down a few lbs, mostly water of course...but going the right way!
