The past 60 days (really all of summer) has been a constant up and down in weight for me. That is not terrible. I am able to keep steady at a much lower weight than I have been for over a year. However I still have about 20lbs to go. Watching the trend, I do really well for 3-4 days and then blow it.
I am still exercising (that is aboslutely part of my lifestyle change). Granted not as much as I was before.
What I am coming to is that it is time to refocus and get these last 20 lbs off...then maintain there. I am in a 6 month challenge and only got my 1st month. I need to hit this next month weigh in (sept 11) and go from there. That will take some hard work, but I can do it.
