Yesterday was a good day. Made healthy choices and got my exercise in. The scale is inching down.

I am in a bit of a rush to meet my next weigh in (still have 9lbs to go as I have been up and not down during the last round either). It is agressive - I might get there, but if not, it is ok. Big picture...scale going down, on track and I am confident I will meet my end goal.
