I am moving along in this week of re-commitment. Yesterday I did the excersizing that I planned to do. Went over in a few containers, but still made healthy choices.

Today I ran at lunch and plan on going to kickboxing class tonight. Dinner is leftovers from last night and breakfast, snack and lunch are on target.

Feeling better again...it is always amazing how much better I feel when back on track. 

I had a picture of last year pop up in timehop app today...it was a picture that made me sad. I kept it because that was when I decided that I needed to do something...granted I didn't start for another 2 months!! But it was a starting point for my final lifestyle change.
