So I fell in love with a health and wellness company in Dec (2015) and have felt guilty that despite the tools at my fingertips I have gained a lot of weight (because I didn't use them). I am finally back on track have multiple dietbets going right now but I want this to be a "finally countdown". I so very much want to be done with this rollercoaster. I have a big desire to show what these products can do (I'm not here to sell anything so I'll keep the name to myself). I am a full week into tracking every bite I eat and using my meal replacement shakes and it is already working. 

My problem has always been the 2-4 week mark, I just stumble or completely leap off the wagon and forget all the hard work and changes I've made along the way. It's a serious problem that I can't seem to quite figure out. This time will be different because I not only will lose money I don't have, but if I don't stick with it but I will be stealing from myself and my husband. He is on board 100% and I need to stop letting myself and him down with my promises. I can stumble but I must not fall. Not this time!
