Don't give up You can do this! Try drinking water with either lemon or lime juice for those tough moments between meals. Mentally ask yourself Why do I still feel hungry-is it a trigger?-something frustrate you?,upset you? Try turning it into something positive example- if you have procrastinated about doing something -Do It in this Hunger Moment! Take your mind off food! and remember one day at a time! Hope this helps.
