I don't join DietBets for the money - far from it. I join them when I recognize that I'm on the runaway train of weight gain and need some inspiration and motivation to pull that brake and put the train in reverse. I stress eat and depression-eat and both are going on right now so this will be one heck of a challenge.
I'm back over 200, at some points getting close to 210 and at 5'1", prediabetic, PCOS, back issues, this is SO NOT GOOD. So here I am again and I hope to heck when I'm done with this, the train is chugging along steadily in the right direction towards good health.
I joined the DietBet this morning and then went to the grocery store with this in mind which helped. I hope I can manage to not waste all the fruits and other healthy foods I purchased - also because I need to get my pocketbook to a healthier state too.
So, here we go again.
