I understand this mentality oh so well! I am a recovering self saboteur and I'm SO over it! I know I have the power to "make this stick" as I am really close to my longest healthy stretch I can remember. You can do this for the last time you just have to start everyday new. little bump, find the next u-turn. Stress is made worse by doing the things that make frustrated and stressed. Like winded walking from my car to my apartment, on the first floor. Stop the cycle, you've got this love!
