To make your meals more interesting, and less bland, check out the sparkpeople recipe app. I study it before I go to the store to get my meals for the week. It's lots of fun and great--easy-- recipes. I'm all about easy and tasty. Then you don't have to feel deprived while you take out those sugars! Good luck!
