Hi, Adrienne! So sorry to hear about your back woes. I think it's a great idea to try the inversion table and tens unit! Hopefully, you will find some relief. Also hate to hear about your weight gain. Join the party, though, because I have REALLY picked up a LOT of weight since my birthday (back in August)!!! I had gotten down to 142.2 lbs and NOW I weigh a WHOPPING 152.1 lbs!!! I was participating in a 30-Day Challenge with the Faith and Fitness Group of Fallbrook Church to Walk or Run at least one mile/Day for 30 consecutive days (NO EXCUSES); however, I was hospitalized on Friday, 10/28/2016 (2 days shy of the deadline) and was unable to complete the challenge. I was experiencing stroke-like symptoms, so my doctor recommended that I go to the emergency room for treatment. I had a battery of tests run and the diagnosis was Spinal Stenosis. I saw a Neurosurgeon, who recommended physical therapy. I began physical therapy this week and will continue it for about 7 more sessions before they decide whether or not I require additional sessions. I am also scheduled to see a Pain Specialist for an injection at the end of November. I have begun walking again. The Director of Physical Therapy told me that walking should be good for me. I need to work on my nutrition (20% nutrition, for weight loss, right?). I have the exercise down, but the nutrition is ANOTHER matter!!! Father, help me!!! Keep me posted on your progress and I'll do the same. Have a wonderful Thank
