Candy, you're doing a great job mamacita!!! :-) If you're thinking of trying something new, check out "The Gregory Mantell Show" & his interview with Dr. Alwin Lewis (Creator of the 5 Bite Diet) on youtube. Here's the link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zW7Er0kti_U&t=1s You don't eat anything for breakfast (have black coffee - no milk or sugar or you can drink different herbal teas - no sugar), drink plenty of water, & only have 5 bites of anything you want for lunch & dinner (eating window between 12pm - 5pm). I eat healthy foods (protein, veggies, & good fats) instead of the Snickers he recommends, & as you can see by my losses, it's working for me. I'm not really doing exactly 5 bites (more like 7-8 per meal), & I still feel good. I was already doing IF (intermittent fasting) & eating 2 meals a day already, but now I'm just more aware of how many bites I'm taking. Also, if you're not interested in following Dr. Lewis's 5 Bite Diet plan to the letter, just being cognizant of how many bites you have for breakfast, lunch, & dinner is a good thing. People fail to realize that even when we eat healthy foods, we can eat too much of it & gain weight!!! IT IS WHAT IT IS!!! LOL!!! I like the fact that I'm paying more attention to how much I'm eating. Hey, counting bites works!!! It's not a crazy diet; it's really all about portion control - no matter how you look at it. :-) Keep on doing your thang mamacita!!! Whatever you decide to do,
