I love the fact it all adds up. You can do it one minute at a time. It is all good! Also I looked at the 5 bite diet or 10. I have to give you big cudos for that! That is to hard for me, I tend to be a volume eater. Just have to make better choices.

Thanks Candy!!! I really hope it works for you!!! :-) Did you ever read my blog: EMOTIONAL EATING??? If not, you should check it out. I used to be an emotional eater, but now, instead of turning to food for comfort, I take a few breaths & meditate for a minute or two to clear my mind, pick up the phone & call a family member or friend, watch something funny on tv, or take a little walk. It really helps!!! I hope you overcome this too. It's a process, but it can be done. I'm living proof of this!!! SENDING HUGS & POSITIVE THOUGHTS YOUR WAY!!! We all need a hug from time to time..... :-)
