Being a bit of a booze hound myself, I know all too well how easy it is to gain 5-7 pounds over a weekend of not so positive choices. Especially since you had lost that 10lbs in a month on a strict vegan diet which reduces the inflammation in your body. Keep with the vegan diet and don't get discouraged. Drink lots of water and exercise. The alcohol weight should drop off in a few days.
