NOW - What's for Keto Breakfast? (or Keto lunch or Keto dinner or... all three!!!!)

Avocado + Bason + Egg! WHAT you say? I can eat all my favorite foods at once! you scream. ... or was that me?

Here's what I did (3 times today because it tasted good and I figured I could survive one day on it)

I cut 3 sliced of frozen bacon into 1 inch pieces and fried it.

While it was frying, I cut my (finally ripe) avocado in half and chopped it up and spooned it out on a plate.

The bacon was done by then so I put it on it and put one egg in the pan to fry. I like mine over easy.

then topped my avocado and bacon withthe egg.

Isn't that a pretty picture?  And let me tell you, it was a tasty meal too!

and KETOGENIC to boot!

Avocado 21.4g fat - 2.9g protein - 2.7g carb

3 sliced of bacon 10.5g fat - 8.7g protein - 0.3g carb

Egg 6.7g fat - 6.1 protein - 1g carb

Keto Total = 64% fat - 29% protein - 7%carbs

I am in Ketosis.....!!!!!

This morning the scale was up half a pound... and a body does fluxuate I know... but .... I am hoping for a loss tomorrow!!!!
