My picture today is kinda old. Over a year ago when I was closing in on my target weight I pulled out a duct tape dummy I had made of myself a year before that! The picture does not do justice to the fact that I had lost like 8 inches off my waste! I am down even more today! I keep that dummy around to remind me where I was. One of these days I will trash it.. but for now... Its a trophy to how far I have come!

Well… I made an error using the internet to look up fat + Protein + carbs – at least on my HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM!!!

Let’s talk breakfast.  A low carb breakfast could consist of

One egg and 2 slices of bacon and a Tablespoon of Heavy Whipping Cream

The ratio goes to 60% fat + 36% protein + 4% carbs

 TODAY, because I woke up to not much on the Keto Stick! (I blame the vodka I had yesterday! – yes low carb.. but not so much KETOGINIC!!! At least that is what I am thinking!)

So this morning I had 1 Avocado  + 1 Tablespoon of cream cheese + 1 Tablespoon Cream in my black coffee.

81% fat + 10% protein + 9% carbs  AWESOME!!!! And you what… didn’t taste bad either!!! But then again… I do love avocados… my hubs does not.. so MORE FOR ME!!

 Now I am thinking.. I might just do some sort of rotation diet, with a High fat day one day and regular Ketogenic diet for 1 or 2 days depending on my mood and what happens on the scales.
