Well two of my three games end on January28 th. The third game ends January 29th.
I always get confused over when I get to weigh out! Is it the 28th or 29th? I am at goal, maybe even, dare I say, a pound more than goal is gone! WOW! HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY and I am ready to celebrate! But not until I weigh out!
Are you there yet?
What will you be eating and doing for the next 48 hours to either get there or maintain your winning status?
Seriously, we are down to the last few moments of the game! And frankly, i have been at the winning weight before during this game only to put on 2 or 3 pounds (of water of course! right?) the very next day! WHAT! so frankly, I am a bit nervous!
Lucky for me, I am also in a STEPBET so I will be walking 13,000 - 17,000 a day for the next two weeks no matter what (because I want my $40 back! no matter what! If I have to stay up to midnight and walk in below zero weather!! just sayin..)
Also, lucky for me, I like salads and I just figured out, that Green Leafy is OK on the Ketogenic diet! AND I just learned how to make a ranch like dressing that I am in love with! [1/3-1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream + 1Tablespoon apple cider vinegar + dashes to flavor (onion powder + salt + pepper)]
and I also love making Italian dressing with my recipe bottle
I even learned to make my own mayo this month! (it's really easy and I will NEVER buy mayo again!) Just don't make more than you will use in a couple of days because, you know, raw egg in it!
SALAD vegies that are ok? (borrowed from http://www.theketogenicdiet.org/what-to-eat-on-a-ketogenic-diet/)
Vegetables. Vegetables will be the source of most of the carbs you eat, but you still need to choose the lowest carb vegetables with the best nutritional value. Green leafy vegetables are the best, such as spinach, all kinds of lettuce and cabbage, watercress, Brussels sprouts and kale. You can also eat broccoli and cauliflower, celery, cucumber, asparagus, bean sprouts, radishes and more, but must strictly limit you intake of sugary vegetables like peppers, onions and tomatoes, and avoid starchy vegetables like potatoes.
For me, it's a head of iceburg lettuce (I know, no nutrients - but hey, hardly no calories either! ) and a chopped cucumber yesterday and the day before, but tonight (If I make it) I will add a chopped half a head of cauliflower!
Now... for my late breakfast (2pm is still breakfast, right?) I fried up 4 slices of uncured bacon, cut up with the spatula, then sauted baby spinach! YUM! with salt + pepper + onion powder! and a little more olive oil! OMG... could replace my dinner salad tonight!
There you have it. I am going to eat salad and drink water with a splach of apple cider vinegar (did I mention that? well, I did if I didn't) and WALK - WALK - WALK! I might even DANCE with my XBox game!
WHAT IS YOUR PLAN?
because.... there is only, like 48 hours left!!! and WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!! YES WE CAN!!!!!!!!!!
