Weigh Out Begins at Midnight! --- the question is ... Will I be ready to weigh out and celebrate or fast a day? The scale has not been my friend this round!

I mean really, the scale has been like a tease to me! First I lose big and then, BOOM, up in weight for no apparent reason! After a few days of frustration, and I guess when I am just about to give up, my scale must sense it, and WOOSH.... down even more than before!!!! and then.. you guessed it.. UP UP AND WEIGHT CRAP!!!
Up and Down, Up and Down, You would think I could get some cardio benefit from all this Up and Down of the scale!
so... I ate just a bit ago... From this point forward (at least tonight) water and ice..... Actually, on Dr. Oz there was a diet featured a few weeks ago about the Intermittent Fast Diet... adn the one I am thinking of was basically eat what you want for8 hours a day... but then nothing after 7pm until ... like 9 or 10 am.... I am a night time eater so this will be the test. If I make it, then maybe, just maybe I will KETO for 8 hours a day and then fast for 16 hours (while I am sleeping!) --- oh coffee is ok so I am good in the morning! haha
