This week has been great.  I killed all my workouts this week.  I  did 5  a.m. workouts with my 21 day fix videos all week M-F.  I jogged an hour on the treadmill 1 hour  a day 3 days per week.  I also did some walking outside and 30 minute treadmill walks too.  Eating wa son point as well.  I really got in a groove with whole 30.  I finish it this week but will be doing 80/20 paleo.  Meal planning and prepping has made it sucessfull this month so I will continue with the exception of 3-4 cheat meals a week on the weekends.

The only hiccup I had was tonight when I went to do my 21 day fix yoga and my dvd player died.  I am planning on starting Chalean extreme tommorrow, my favorite workout.  Its on DVD.  Well I cant get to the store till tommorrow afternoon to replace my dvd player.  I didnt want to break my 5:00 a.m. momentum, so I signed up for the free trial of Beachbody on demand.  Now I can get my work out in the morning without delay. 

I lost over 2lbs this week.  I met my transformer month 1 goal and signed up for a kick starter.
