Sorry my  blog post is a day late this week.  Its been very busy.  Thursday we had 14 inches of sbow in 8 hours.  I shoveled for hours but gave up.  Until the next day that is.  Kids were out of school for teacher workdays on Friday and Thursday.  So two kids couped up in the house all day did not play weel with my nerves and patience.  I stayed on plan though.  Got all five of my 5 a.m. workouts in for the 6th week in a row.  I ate out Saturday for lunch and only ate half my personal pizza.  I saved the res tfor lunch on Sunday.  I made banana pusdding out of some old bananas and ate most of it myself.  That was my one and only fail in 6 weeks.  I cannot make desserts without wanting to consume large quantities.  The scale says I gained 2 lbs over the weekend.  Not fair.  So I drank alot of water today.  Got both my 5 am weights and cardio workout in.  Ate clean today and starting the week off on a good note.

This week we we hopefully find put where we are moving to, GA or Maryland for Hubby's next army assigment.  I pray GA because both of our families are there and I havent seen my folks in a year.  I fear it will not be because these things tend to not work in our favor most of the time.  Either way I am moving somewhere in the summer which is already beginning to stress me a bit.  My anxiety has been up for two weeks.  Hoping extra exercise and sleep will help .  Also laying off caffiene as much as possible.

 

Did I mention I am a recovring soda-holic.  I havent had a pepsi or any sugared soda besides club soda since December 31.  I plan on keeping this up for as long as possible.  I have subsited of lacroix waters, water and unsweet tea.  I am still alive.
