I've tried this time & time again-- but here I am trying this again lol- I'm going to write out my daily food intake to keep me accountable.
morning: lots of water!
7:45am-1 banana- 105 calories
9am-4 packs of oatmeal- 560 calories
lunch-2:30pm- 1 bowl of turkey chili- 448 calories
dinner: 1 green smoothie w/ kale, orange juice & banana- 216 calories
Total caloric intake is 1329. I'm currently at 210lbs!!!!!! How did I get here??? I think it's due to a new job in a new city & eating a lot of fast food & then plopping in the bed after a hard days work. (I was eating almost 3000 calories per day between snacks, candy, decadent coffee drinks, soft drinks & fast food & office parties!), so if I can keep my caloric intake at 1500 or less & eat all "real food" (& avoid the pitfalls at the office!) then I'm definitely going to lose weight & I won't be hungry! It's simple math :-)
