I'm back for a day 3 at this & I'm so happy that I made it this far! (Now, if I can keep this up for the next 6 months then that's saying something!) I'm actually enjoying blogging, it's kinda therapeauitic. Like those artists who splatter paint on the wall & get all of their emotions & angst out on the canvas-- well that's me, except I'm splattering words about food & well.....it's not really the same thing, but you know what I mean lol. Well anyway My eating was good yesterday, but wow, 1500 calories is waaaaaaaaaaaay too much food for me now that I'm eating things that have more fiber: oatmeal, beans, veggies, whole grains & tons of water...... By the end of the day I am sooooo stuffed!!!! My meal plan for today:  

 

b fast: 2 packs of oatmeal: 260 calories

snack: 1 banana: 105 calories

lunch: 2 packs of oatmeal: 260 calories

snack: 1 banana: 105 calories

afternoon snack: 1 back of oatmeal: 130 calories

snack after that: 1 banana: 105 calories

965 calories-

 

I know this seems like a lot of bananas & oatmeal (& a lot of carbs!!!!) but for some reason I'm feeling great & all of these grains are having a VERY cleansing effect on me. Plus I made steak & pasta for my fiance last night for dinner - I packed the left overs of that meal for his lunch & I didn't have time to cook a separate meal for myself so I just skipped dinner last night & grabbed what I could for todays lunch & left for work---- I think I'm going to turn into a pack of oatmeal w/ some bananas in it after today lol.
