I was/am that way. I am a work in progress. :) Since December I have lost 15% of my body weight and then I found dietbet! I love it!!! A community of people that want to see others succeed. One thing I found that helps me. I take one bite and throw it away. That way I can see and prove to myself I am strong enough to THROW IT OUT! Sounds weird and crazy, but it helped me a ton in the beginning. Now I don't have to sneak the bite at all. I am good just walking past it. I utter the words in my head. "they didn't bring those for you, they are NOT yours" that too helps. :) You're in my prayers!

Thank you Antonia! I haven't started yet (4 days) but I have this book that talks about getting honest with our weight loss excuses. One of the things that it says that I remember is that just because someone else can have something doesn't mean you (me) can. In other words someone else may be able to have one but if I do I will have 10. Some foods are just dangerous for me and off limits. I like your idea of having a bite and then throwing it away. What I do is throw stuff down my food sink disposal. But this is usually after I've had so much I feel sick and disgusted :(
