Amazing losses! Way to go! Running is not possible for me at my current weight so I rely a lot on indoor and outdoor biking. Easier on the joints.I have added intermittent fasting and it seems to help. Essentially my feeding window is 1-6pm and the rest is "feasting" on my own plentiful reserves. Keto people do this a lot.

Thank you! I know knee/joint pain well. I've had a few knee surgeries. Maybe some day as the weight falls off you may find it possible and fall in love too! Slow, steady and safe, with glucosamine and fish/flax oil supplements! (per doctors orders!)
