Before I got my first dog, my husband said, "but you'll have to walk her EVERY DAY!" as if this was a bad thing. I replied, "Yes, I'll have to walk her EVERY DAY!" and looked forward to the obligation. It forced me to exercise whether I wanted to or not - because my 90lb lab said so! I mostly walk with friends, so my walks are also my social time. My minimum dogwalk is about 2 miles and I go regardless of the weather. I've gone out in weather so bad I had to stay away from the trees for fear of crashing branches.
I created a game for people like me, who love to get out with their dogs and move. I walk, but you can run, hike, bike, play Frisbee. It all burns calories, helps your fitness and makes your dog really happy : )

My plan is to increase exercise with our pups and share workouts, healthy meals, and of course, dog pictures : )
I'll be walking my girl a minimum of 2 miles a day at least 5 days a week. I'll try add more walking for the game.
PS If you don't have a dog, just loving them is enough!
