Drink ALOT of water! I weigh at least every 3 days it's a good tool to see what is working for you and what isn't. If you have a bad day forget about it and start fresh the next. The biggest thing is DON'T GIVE UP! You got this!!! I made a weight loss journal and you can read about it in my blogs. Its has helped me tremendously!
