I weighed 184 pounds when I first signed up for LoseIt! in December 2009. While this was an improvement over my heaviest weight of 200, it was far from ideal. Since that first weighin I've rode a weight loss roller coaster, with my lowest weight being 167 in October 2015. The last few years of working from home and indulging in my passions for cooking and fine dining have taken their toll and I am back to 181 pounds. I am hopeful that this fun, social, and competitive approach will be just what I need to finally get to my goal weight of 155 pounds.
