4 days in and the healthy eating, exercise and green smoothies are paying off. Lost several pounds (mostly water, I'm sure, but encouraging), but perhaps most importantly, BP has been high lately, and just had my first normal reading (123 over 79) in a long time! Very encouraging, and hope everyone else is also seeing success!
