Basic Split Bone-In Chicken Breasts (55-60 minute cook time):
2 bone-in split chicken breasts (approx. 16 oz. each)
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Pat chicken breasts dry, lighly rub on olive oil
3. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder
4. Bake in oven for approximately 55-60 minutes (use meat thermometer to confirm 165F internal temp)
Balsamic Siwss Chard (5-10 minute cook time):
16 oz. Swiss chard
1 tbsp olice oil
2 tbsp water
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Rinse and chop swiss chard
2. Preheat olive oil
3. Lower heat and add Swiss chard
4. Season with salt and pepper, add balsamic vinegar and water
5. Remove from heat when cooked down/wilted
Steamed Carrots (7-12 minute cook time):
8 oz. juliened or baby carrots
Salt, pepper, and dried parsley
1. Place carrots in covered steamer
2. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley
3. Cook to desired softness
