Same here. Lots of yo-yoing. I have five kids and started using them as an excuse as to why I was heavier than I used to be... "Well, I have five kids!" But now, they are my motivation! They deserve a healthy Momma! They are my reason, NOT my excuse! Got introduced to a great nutrition system and now I'm pre-pregnancy weight and chasing my wedding weight! Good Luck!!!! We can do it!
