Sign in to CommentGreat read!!I'm with you on the DietBet money motivation. Losing my $ is not an option, I will use it like a dangling carrot. I'm an emotional eater. I fight it hard. I crave food, but find it odd because I don't like many foods.I do feel that if you have a workout partner, someone to talk honestly and open to, it helps. A lot. (But only if they actually listen and respond honestly, but not critically. )I work out early mornings, (4:15-4:30am), alone. Upbeat music and classic rock is my choice of tunes. I use "instructional dvd's", so it's not to often it's on????.

Thank you for sharing this with everyone! I think what helps me lose weight the best is to have moderation. To not think in extremes, and to be consistent. Upbeat music gets me moving, and wanting to be healthy for me and my family.
