Great read!!I'm with you on the DietBet money motivation. Losing my $ is not an option, I will use it like a dangling carrot. I'm an emotional eater. I fight it hard. I crave food, but find it odd because I don't like many foods.I do feel that if you have a workout partner, someone to talk honestly and open to, it helps. A lot. (But only if they actually listen and respond honestly, but not critically. )I work out early mornings, (4:15-4:30am), alone. Upbeat music and classic rock is my choice of tunes. I use "instructional dvd's", so it's not to often it's on????.
