8 lbs. Thats how much I have to lose. For some, thats doable. For me, its hard. I havent passed the halfway mark, and I'm only down a couple of pounds. THIS IS SO HARD.

 

I knew it would be hard. I signed up because I wanted to challenege myself. I'm trying to stay motivated and on track. One of the most important things that I've done is track what I eat. Overall, I feel confident in sticking to my calories. I've only had 1 evening that I went over a lot and chose not to track. However, since then I have track everything. Even today when I consumed 800 calories worth of chocolate. Yes, you read that right. 800 CALORIES. I tracked it all. Even though Im not proud of that, I didnt go too far over my calories. 

 

I know that I have to reach my goal to win. If I dont reach my goal I fear that I am going to quit. 

 

Even if I dont reach my goal, I hope that I can get close enough to it to keep going. I dont want to give up.
