in not really sure where to ask this!  so I'm 40 now. I have 35 lbs total I'm hoping to lose long term. my 10% goal is about 20 lbs.

I have "bingo arms" so to speak. 

so what im wondering is how likely is it wirh weight loss and strngth training will u be likely to get these arms toned up? 

how will I know about stretch and stuff....

I don't know if my size now is big enough that I have the stretchy skin that wont tone.

does anyone know any resources I can look up?
