Heya, I'm no expert on anything much, but I've always understood my own bingo wings to be down to a drop in skin elasticity.I'm sorry to say that its not likely to be a positive answer. If you lose fat (from anywhere) there will be less pushing outwards on your skin to give it a taut look.... so more flap. Yes, adding muscle instead can help to refill the gap, but for girlies like us, we're unlikely to be able to put on anywhere near enough muscle to give us a wing free life.Having said that, as I understand it, theres no standard 'age' to lose skin elasticity, if you're lucky, you might find that with expensive creams, treatments and most of all time, the wings fly away.As I understand it, factors in skin elasticity:Age. Genes. :(Eating a healthy diet with all vitamins minerals etc. And certain exclusions such as suga, coffee etc.Enough waterExercise (For a healthy blood supply to skin)Sleep.Damage to skin by sun exposure etc. There are those who swear by vitamin e creams, microdermabraisian aka skin needling ( to stimulate the bodies repair / renew), compression bandages, intermittent fasting ( to let cells take out the trash), argan oil supplements.... etc etc. It's one of those rabbit holes of the internet, step in and there are oh so many 'eat me, drink me' articles and mad hatters trying to sell you something.
