I feel ya! I started my current weight loss journey August of 2016. Stayed consistent and did so well, losing a total of 40 pounds. Its been a struggle the last year or so, with the last couple months losing and gaining the same 10 pounds :( but now i join the diet bet looking to stay consistent and quit with the junk once and for all..
