This is the first time i've ever written a blog.  I started out written all of the reasons my weight fluctuates between 150-180lbs but then just came to the conclusion that it comes down to the same basic conclusion.  I put everything else above my health.  I work hard and odd hours, I love spending time with my husband watching movies and I love to eat.  I am finding ways to do all of the above and still make time for me to be a healthier person.  I don't care about getting skinny and fitting into a pair of "skinny jeans." I just want to be healthy and strong. I have been running, hiking, and soon will be skating for derby. I eat healthy for the most part. Don't get me wrong I love crappy food too. I love my life and love the body I am in. I am so excited to be apart of dietbet!
