So, I weighed myself again today and was super excited to see my weight down by 3lbs since Sunday! I'm sure a lot of it is water weight but, it still gives me hope that I will be successful and meet my goals. :)
So far I've been using MyFitnessPal to track my calorie intake and to log my exercises. My goal was to make the gym every morning but, so far I've made every other day....I keep telling myself that is a good transition from doing nothing. Haha....I'm doing spin class 2x a Week and trying to do strength training too.
My biggest hurdle is just that I don't like to go to the gym alone and I get super bored easy too!! So I'm going to try to incorporate more of the classes offered by the gym since I feel like those are more "fun." Saturday will be my first PIYO class! Has Anyone tried it? What's everyone else doing tho met their goals?!
