Every other day is a good transition from doing nothing. Set small, realistic, goals that you think you can stick to....and build from there. Unfortunately, big change doesn't happen overnight. Yes you can (just a slower pace). Once I worked up to a certain fitness level, I started running....it was incredibly motivating to be prepping for my first 5K, or obstacle run. You might want to work towards being able to complete something??

I do have a goal....it's a bit different lol....My husband and I are trying to get pregnant!! So, I'm trying to get my body healthy so it will be a bit easier to conceive. :)
