Early Morning Workouts

I hear every word you're saying Christina, and I'm right there with you! I have to get up at 4:30 a.m. in order to get my workout done in the morning and that's just an ugly hour, plain and simple. BUT I'm always SO HAPPY once I'm up and at 'em and especially when I'm DONE FOR THE DAY! Let's commit to each other to do it AT LEAST twice next week, a good way to start slowly. What do you say?

I think that's awesome. I promise you and myself that I will get up AT LEAST two times early next week. That sounds reasonable.
