Today is a day that I've been anticipating since 22 May 2013 when I started my journey to fitness and health at 280 pounds.

When I weighed myself on Monday, I was at 180.8. Yesterday, I was up a little, to 182.4, which is typical upward fluctuation that I expect through the week.

I got on the scale today expecting maybe 181.something and hoping against hope that I hadn't fluctuated past 183. What number came up on the scale?

I have reached "Onederland" in pound lost!!!! (There are not enough exclamation points in the world to put at the end of that sentence.) :)

I cried for two minutes. Stupid to get so emotional over a number on a digital readout! But I know the work that went into that number. I know what I've done to plan my food, my exercise, and everything else I've needed to work on to change myself into the person I am today. (And I'm tearing up a bit just writing this now. *sniffle*)

I have a way to, so my Onderland Lost will just continue to increase. But for today, I can revel in this success.

And believe me, if I can do, so can you! I have the same faith in you that I have in myself.
