Oh, no! Yeah, life does have a funny habit of throwing obstacles in our path at times, doesn't it?

The chair workouts is a great idea! You could also do strength training, with resistance bands or weights (use cans from your food pantry if you don't have dumbbells). :)

You'll be Zumba-ing again before you know it.
