Hi Katie. Your journey sounds very familiar. I used to eat a lot of fast food also. I am now doing my first round of Whole30. Check it out online at whole30.com. It is really simple, and BOOM in just a few days, I didn't even crave fast food. I prepare meat on the weekend for the next week. I package it in little baggies and put it in the frig to make getting lunch ready quick. Sometimes, if I don't have time to make breakfast, I even grab a piece of meat for breakfast. The protein helps to hold me over til lunch. I even go to lunch with my friends to fast food places. The only thing I order is water, and I take my lunch with me. For the FIRST time in my life, I feel completely in control!! That's a really big thing for me. I weighed in today at 308.4. I'm actually excited with that number because earlier this year, the Wii wouldn't weigh me because I was over 330. I am on my way, and look forward to this journey with you all.
