Hi All, 

I am feeling SO much better. My energy is way up and almost all of my allergy symptoms are gone save a few hives (and those might even be mosquito bites). 

Things that are a little hard right now: 

-Making time to make juice. 

-Getting hungry when I'm on the move and there's no juice around

I have to remind myself that making food also takes time. And that making healthy food/juice is WORTH the time. That it makes things better overall, saves time overall... could possibly literally extend the time I have on this planet.

PS: Just like the last time I did this Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead inspired juice diet, my sense of smell is getting crazy good. This means I want all the delicious food around me even more. But, last time, I remember the sense of smell staying but the cravings diminishing...
