The past couple weeks have made me think of new ways to be healthier.  I have started planning and cooking meals for the week ahead of time. I have found that while cleaning I can cook healthy food in bulk and then store it. I can get two things out of the way at the same time. It's really paid off. I have healthier lunches and if I need a quick snack during the week, I can just warm it up and the apartment is a lot cleaner. lol I don't always feel like running but I always make myself go for a walk. Sometimes during the walk I get motivated to begin running. I have also made healthier choices in social settings. We made sandwiches when we tail gated at a ballgame. My husband has been so supportive. He has stopped offering me sweets and bites of his calorie loaded foods. He is amazing.
