I hate plateaus like that too, and it can be so discouraging. I've had my own discouraged blogs too. I know it helped me to vent. Sometimes just writing these thoughts down can help you see things more clearly.
My suggestion would be to spend some time thinking or writing about your big WHY. Why do you want to lose weight? What got you started? Does it still matter to you? What might you do to change things up a bit? Good luck and take care.
