Have been on this current weight loss journey since Jan 1st. Have lost about 60lbs which has put me the lowest my whole adult life.feeling great. Eating sensible and exercising daily.
Went to a family reunion and indulged way too much. Been trying to get back on track since (2 weeks)... I have been able to do good only 1 or 2 days then another splurge. I am up 7lbs since day before reunion.
So last night I wrote out the weeks food plan. So far today have stuck to it, been texting with supporters all day. Setting small goals.
Figure if I type this out I will be more motivated to stick to it.
