Doubt had started to settle in. I started the diet bet strong, losing 3lbs within the first week. But, have lost nothing since then. With only two weeks to go I feel my hope disappearing. 

I've been going to the gym regularly, counting calories, really trying. Granted, I am not perfect all the time-I've had my bad meals. But, for the most part i've tried really hard.

Even though my scale isn't moving I have been keeping track of my measurements. So far, I've lost an inch off my waist and half an inch on my arms and legs. 

I'm in a kind of rut and don't know how to make the scale move!!?? I am happy I have seen progress but, I fear I won't make my goals in these last two weeks. 

 

Does anyone have any suggestions? Ideas? Things that have worked or having the same kind of problem? I'd love to hear your feedback.
