A week ago today I was in the 300 club and as of today I am no longer a member.
In a week I have lost 6.5 lbs!
The only bummer is only 2.5 lbs counts toward my bet. I started losing weight before weigh in so yeah me on the loss but boo for jumping the gun. :-)
Cooking everyday/every meal has helped me a lot. I have barely increased my physical output this week and it makes me wonder how much I would lose in a week if I did increase my physical output by 30 to 40 %. The only thing I added this week was doing workouts with my nephew. He is 5 almost 6 months so he is perfect for Auntie and me workouts with the ergo. He is an exceptional 20 lbs weight to do squats and lunges with. Free entertainment for him and swet time for this auntie every MWF morning. Today's auntie and me was me pushing and carrying his chunkie self around the zoo. That kid is luckey I love him. ;-)
Contimplating doing 2 a days. I eventually will be signing up for a crossfit gym but until I save that money auntie and me as well as other home workouts is what I am working with. MWF is morning auntie and me time and I was thinking that doing a yoga lesson on tuesday and thursday mornings. I need help with flexability and muscle aches from attempting to run. I HAVE TO make myself go running this coming week. I let my family be my excuse to not go all of this week. Time to figure out the running stroller and take the little stinker along.
I am so excited about this weeks changes but I can say that I am little nervous about what changes lie before me. But I wont give up and I will continue to keep it moving!
