Oh what a gymsession today! Hit pr on deadlifts one again, now 65 kg and i Had more to give but didnt want to push it and hurt myself. Foodwise frosten veggicastrols are the thing. I get full and comfortable and i dont have to cook all the time. I desided this time i will not allow myself to suffer. If i need to eat a bit more to feel satisfied i will and i eat chokolate every day. This is because i want to see myself maintaining this lifestyle after this 6 mounths so it has to be bearable to live this way longterm. It has to be easy, filling, enjoyable to eat and live otherwise i know im going back to my old ways. So tomorrow its time to do some cooking and freezing again. Habis to win. Yay!
