Mynameainttracy, don't beat yourself up about it!!! It really is a mind thing - 80% mental & 20% exercise!!! I used to go through the same thing. Whenever I'd lose a little weight, I'd get excited, & fall off track. I was going through that for years!!! Before I signed up for my first challenge (May, 2014), I'd start a diet, & by the 9th day, I'd make an excuse to cheat!!! I'd say to myself that I deserved it. My family & friends weren't really concerned because it wasn't their journey. If I said, "Let's go out to eat", they'd say "Where are we going???" The bad part about it was that it was always sooo hard to get back on track afterwards!!! Now, I'm more conscious of the choices I make, & I keep myself accountable for my actions. We have a wonderful group of people in our challenge who will support & motivate each other on our weight loss journey. Hang in there!!! Your transformation is in effect!!! We can do it!!! :-)
